Flying to New Zealand

Summer holidays
I should have had my boxes picked up by now but they haven’t been because the courier wasn’t booked in time (an email told me this morning) so I have to wait until tuesday to have them out of my room :( But they are fully packed and sealed now. I just need to finish off the paperwork and thats them done and dusted…
Annie is back tomorrow morning, and as i write this will be just...
Thing's to do before I leave for NZ
1. Pack the newly arrived boxes with stuff I want in NZ.
2. Go to cousin Steph’s wedding!
3. Work out what I will take with me on my person to NZ on the plane.

I have nearly got my Visa!! I had a couple of calls from the office because my payment wasn’t working (I had renewed my card before they tried taking payment, bad timing) But it should now be sorted. Long time no blog?
So I have been busy the past few weeks (months) and life is swimming along goingly…

Morning...
Went out last night, got home by 4:30 and decided it was a good time to do stuff. its now 6:10 and i just got back from tesco. I have decided today i shall go to school and say good bye, then go to the bike shop see if i can’t sell what’s left of my old bike and then sort the rest of the kitchen. first tho, breakfast. then washing up everything. then getting sumat out of the freezer...
Stars
When I was in germany, I pointed out to my sister that the stars I could see out there where the same ones she could see in England, so that when she saw them she realised we weren’t that far away. I realised when looking at them tonight, it’s not the case anymore…

Sleep
Sleep sucks. Cos when i don’t want it i should do and when i do want it it’s too late:/
Why can’t I sleep? Is it that my feet are cold? Or maybe I’m hungry? Or perhaps its that dripping noise I can hear? perhaps my aching hip? All I know is that it is 3am and I should be unconscious with sleep-paralysis:(

I knwo it isn’t amazing, but they do use some goods song even if they mutilate them in the process. However watching one hot blonde cheerlader doing ice ice baby makes it that little bit better…:P
Update
I have two exams and two demonstrations. the software kind where i sit hopefully, infront of a pc, praying i haven’t left any glaring bugs, and that it doesn’t crash before the examiner gets here. Not the kind where you stand angrily hoping that your big sign is on the tv, and you don’t get bored before the plod arrive:P
The exams are on the 21st and 2nd, so this friday and two...

Stress
I have completed my part of the medical testing, just awaiting results. Also my police check form is sent off. now i need to get more passport photo’s and then i can wait for all paperwork to come back and send off THE BUMPH…
Also, two pieces of coursework, one 15000 word dissertation and other smaller pieces of work fo rmy teaching module all need to be done in the next 2-3 weeks....

Update
My server has been up nearly 40 days! which if you think about it is quite a long time, how often do you turn your computer off? every night? :D
I have 2 courseworks and my final year project on my plate atm, but it’s ok I am loving the work load:D

Lent
I have decided what i am giving up for lent…supermarkets…
Tesco, lidl, aldi, asda also places like fultons, maybe even fruitopia….
I hope to sstart buying from markets, to support local economy and probably get healthier stuff, also to help stop impulse buying… Problems will include, milk, chocolate, cleaning products… just to name a few, but i’ll get round...
New Semester.
It turns out i dont have any lecture type things till wednesday now, which is always good. but i DO have to sort out my school placement for this semester, new timetable adds complications :/
In other news I have reinstalled XP on my pc which now can run Civ4 for lan games, as well as run other stuff smoother too:D w00t!

The journey back from Germany was eventful. I arrived at Osnabrueck station to see that my train was the only one to have more than ten minutes delay. Well what a way to enter the new year! After a rather adventurous journey to Germany with 1 small plane and two late trains (so much for German proficiency) I arrived 50 minutes late at Osnabruck station where my uncle was waiting for me:D
